Established on the implementation of Decision No. 458/TTg dated November 24, 1976 of the Prime Minister on approval of master plan to build Vung Tau City to be the petroleum base. CORE SERVICES

EPCIC FOR OFFSHORE FACILITIES

PTSC is a key subsidiary of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam - PVN) specialized in providing mechanical services for Oil and Gas development projects, including: Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Transportation, Installation, Hook-up & Commissioning (EPC/EPCIC) for offshore facilities in Vietnam.

FSO/FPSO

PTSC owns and co-owns 6 FSO/FPSO, provides operation and maintenance services for 8 FSO/FPSO in Vietnam and overseas. PTSC is the leading company in Vietnam who masters the technologies in newbuild, conversion, management, operation and maintenance services for FSO/FPSO.

TRANSPORTATION, INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OFFSHORE FACILITIES

Participated in providing fully-package services of Transportation & Installation (T&I), Hook-up & Commissioning (HUC), Operation & Maintenance (O&M) since 2002, PTSC has succesfully handed over many key projects to domestic and foreign oil and gas clients.

PORT & SUPPLY BASE

PTSC currently owns, manages and operates a nationwide network of ports and supply bases, spreading throughout Vietnam from the North to the South, with a total area of over 320 hectares including: PTSC Dinh Vu Port, Nghi Son Port, Hon La Port, Son Tra Port, Dung Quat Port, Phu My Port, Sao Mai-Ben Dinh Port and PTSC Supply Base.

OFFSHORE SUPPORT VESSELS

PTSC currently owns and operates a major/dedicated fleet of offshore vessels in Vietnam for the oil and gas industry including: Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels, Support Vessels (OSV& PSV), Dynamic Positioning (DP1 & DP2) vessels, Seismic Support vessels, Field Standby and Safeguard vessels, etc. PTSC’s fleet of vessels is operated by highly competent and experienced crew members from Vietnam and abroard.

GEOLOGICAL SURVEY, ROV SURVEY & REPAIR OF SUBSEA FACILITIES

PTSC provides geological and geophysical survey, survey and repair of subsea facilities using ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle), provision and operation of specialized ROV survey vehicles and equipment. PTSC is the exclusive subsidiary of PetroVietnam with sufficient capacity and experience to carry out such survey services that meet international standards.

EPC FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANTS

Since the success of GPP Dinh Co and Nam Con Son gas-condensate storage tank in the 2000s, PTSC has now expanded its implementation of EPC services for various onshore industries such as thermal power/oil refinery plants, technological and mechanical skids, petrochemical and fertilizer plants, etc, met the international standards and the most stringent requirements of the clients.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

To adapt with the transition from traditional hydrocarbon to renewable energies, PTSC has been actively involved in the renewable energy, especially offshore renewable energy, with a role both as the services provider and the project investor/developer.
